2. Purpose and use of the site
This site presents ESG rating services, the process, deliverables and ways to contact us. The information is provided for general guidance. Visitors may read and link to the content. They must not disrupt the site or copy its content without permission or present it as their own.
3. Proposals and contracts
Sending an email or requesting a quote does not in itself create an order or contract. The specific scope, price, deadlines, permitted use of the deliverables and other terms of the rating service will be set out in an individual proposal and contractual documents. Published examples of a rating or certificate do not guarantee the same result for another company.
4. Nature of the ESG rating
The rating is an assessment opinion about a defined entity as of a specified date, based on the methodology used and the evidence available. The visual certificate summarises the issued rating. It is not an official certificate of compliance, an ESMA approval of an individual result, a credit rating or investment advice. Whether a recipient accepts the deliverable in procurement, financing or a contractual relationship depends on that recipient’s rules.
