2. What data we process and why

When you contact us through the enquiry form or by email, we process the data you provide, in particular your first and last name, contact details, organisation name and company ID, and the content of your message. We store enquiries sent through the form in a secure database operated by the website provider. We use this data to respond to your question or request for a quote, communicate before a contract is agreed and, where applicable, manage a subsequent contractual relationship. Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract, performing a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

When you visit the site, the technical infrastructure may process essential operational data, such as your IP address, request time and technical logs, to deliver the site securely and protect it against misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

3. Cookies and local storage

We currently do not set analytics or marketing cookies on this site or run advertising measurement. 4. Recipients and retention
